Quick Summary: Imagine living in a town where supernatural beings stalk the night for their next prey. Toukei Ibun takes place 29 years since Tokyo was established as the capital of Japan. Manzou is the owner of an inn in the town of Asakusa. His friend, Hirakawa is a journalist who is investigating the bizarre crimes occurring at night in Asakusa.

    Finally I found someone who scanlate this manga. It is one of my fav manga. I love how they keep the thrill and mystery through out the chapters until the very end. A great story about something that hide in the dark of night.
